SHOULD I SAY YES TO e-CATALOGUE DELIVERY?
Can you survive without a "printed" catalogue of Angus Sales delivered to your home? Would it be OK to have catalogues delivered by email, and then pick up a print version at the actual sale?
Selecting "YES" will add your address for email (rather than mail)
delivery of sale catalogues when the service is available
IN THE FUTURE.
Selecting "NO" will ensure you
ALWAYS receive your catalogues by regular mail.
Whether you select "YES" or "NO", you will
STILL RECEIVE CATALOGUES BY MAIL for the time being.
AngusWebMail is compiling a list of email friendly recipients to be used by sale managers and breeders alike. When the industry is ready to reduce paper and printing costs, we'll be ready with a customer list & will provide the service
(& you'll have a lot fewer catalogues lying around).
All e-Catalogues hosted on AngusWebMail will be archived along
with a sale report (if provided). So years from now you'll be able
to do a quick search on AngusWebMail.ca, look up a sale
and flip through the pages.
Click HERE to view a sample e-Catalogue.
Try it out. Make the catalogue full screen and flip the pages, enlarge the type,
click links, search for a particular pedigree or print a page or two.
NOTE:
e-Catalogues will be posted on the internet with a link sent to your inbox.
You can then view, search & print at your leisure.
Catalogues posted on AngusWebMail will be available as a Flash 'flip'
version or the usual PDF (catalogue links to other sites may be in different formats).
Printed copies will still be available upon request from
the owners/managers and on sale day.
PLEASE KNOW: Your email addresses will be kept in strict confidence and not shared.
Only mailing addresses will be compared against current lists to reduce mailing costs.
You may change your preferences or unsubscribe at any time
by following the links at AngusWebMail.ca.
Think about it.
If a catalogue mailing list can be cut by just 25%, how much money could be saved? That's 25% fewer catalogues to print and 25% less mailing costs. Email delivery can be made at a small fraction of the cost of regular mail.
e-Catalogues will be sent based on your choices in the
"Interest" & "Location" sections of your AngusWebMail sign up form.
